The Customer is the data controller for all Customer Content.

Data Processor:

Allentics acts as a data processor and processes Customer Content only on documented instructions from the Customer.

For platform operations and website visitors, Allentics acts as a data controller.

  • Information submitted via forms, demos, or contact requests

B. Usage & Technical Information

C. Customer Content

When Customers use our Services, we process:

This data remains the property of the Customer.

D. Third-Party Platform Data

When you connect integrations, we may receive data from:

  • No identifiable customer conversations are used for training without explicit written consent.
  • Automated decisions may influence lead routing and meeting scheduling, but final sales decisions remain under human control.

6. Customer Content & Ownership

  • Customers retain full ownership of their Customer Content.
  • Allentics processes Customer Content solely to provide Services.
  • We do not sell, rent, or commercialize Customer Content.
  • We access Customer Content only:
    • To provide support
    • To troubleshoot issues
    • When authorized by the Customer

7. Data Sharing & Sub-Processors

We share data only with trusted sub-processors necessary to deliver Services, including:

  • Cloud hosting providers (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS)
  • AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • WhatsApp Business API providers
  • CRM and integration partners
  • Payment processors

All sub-processors are bound by:

  • Confidentiality agreements
  • Data processing agreements
  • Industry-standard security controls

  • We will provide incident details and remediation actions
  • We will comply with regulatory reporting requirements

15. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 16.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
